Dimorphodon
Breathe some life into some open space with a life-sized dimorphodon model!
First named by Richard Owen, the very man who coined the word “dinosaur”, dimorphodon was an easy choice for us when we were choosing species because it was native to the Jurassic Coast where we are based!
Dimorphodon has a number of quirky characteristics which make it easily distinguishable among other pterosaurs such as a large skull, a long tail (the little “rudder” on our model’s tail is still technically speculative at this point), and as its name would imply - two types of teeth - a rarity among diapsid reptiles.
Produced in collaboration with VFB Studios, and exclusive to EXEtinct, enjoy not one, but two pose options which are light enough to be hung or mounted to add a little of that “Jurassic Jazz” to any space.
Materials: Printed in bio-degradable PLA to reduce weight and improve resilience.
Disclaimer: This listing is for unfinished models, but a completed piece quote can be requested via our “contact us” option. Some assembly is required and this model does feature small parts in the form of dowels.
