1. Ownership and Copyright:

• We, EXEtinct own (or have express permission for) all rights to the website's content, including text, images, and code.

• None of our content can be reproduced, distributed, or modified without explicit permission. 

2. Acceptable Use:

• Please use this website for shopping, do share it, and use it to contact us.

• Please refrain from spamming, hacking, or illegal activities. It’s just not nice and you won’t be our friends anymore if you try it.

3. E-commerce Policies:

• Payment Terms: Payment is taken via Square Space’s secure E-commerce platform. We will never see your details. Alternatively, for any ‘outside the norm’ inquiries which could involve a bank transfer etc - we will still not see your payment details.

• Shipping Terms: These can vary by product. But what we will do is contact you via email with an estimated ship date of any standard product. For these you can however assume 10 business days. For bespoke commissions, we will keep you updated via staged communication. Long and short - we will do our best to manage expectations and keep you informed.

• Customs Fees: These are entirely the responsibility of the purchasing party.

• Return and Refund Policy: You will have 14 days from arrival to let us know of any defects or damaged shipments. Replacement or reimbursement will be subject to timely receipt of pictures for authentication (this is because all shipments will be insured).

• All of our shipments are tracked, insured and packaging has been toddler tested for durability.

• If you were to hypothetically receive a bespoke commission and decide you do not like it, we do not offer refunds on these. The reason is of course because we will send a multitude of images before shipping - so you’ll know what you are getting and are satisfied.

• Credit Card/Payment Information: We do not store your payment information - Square Space does.

• Warranties: None of our products are implied to be toys. Models as such should be out of reach of children, kept away from harsh light or extreme heat/cold. However, if your model does the unthinkable and falls apart of its own accord shortly after you receive it, please get in contact within 30 days and we’ll aim to make it right.

5. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability:

• This website is provided "as is" and without warranties.

• This is Square Space’s platform and tools, and although we use it, and their secure payment tool - any nefarious and problematic situations will not have arisen from the kind people who like prehistoric animals and just want to make art. As such, we are not personally liable for information leaks (think via Square Space) and the like. Your happiness with our products though - we are totally taking credit for that!

6. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution:

• We live in the UK, so it will be our laws which govern any legal resolutions.

• For dispute resolution, just contact us. We’re lovely and have a small business - we want you to be happy and shout from the rooftops about us. Terms and conditions make everything look so intimidating!
