At EXEtinct, we specialise in the unique. Every piece is hand‑finished, and we prioritise sustainable or reclaimed materials throughout our builds. We welcome custom commission requests, and we’re committed to ensuring that limited budgets never become a barrier. We want everyone — individuals and institutions alike — to enjoy what we create, and we take that commitment seriously.
Into building models?
Calling all fellow artists — or parents looking to make creative memories. We’ve got you covered.
All of our models are available as “raw kits,” and we offer multiple size options wherever possible. This is our most economical choice, but be warned: small parts, sticky glue, and runny paint may be in your future! That said, every kit comes with clear assembly guides, tips and tricks, suggested materials, and ways to contact us if you need help — we’re very beginner‑friendly.
Please note that our kits are typically produced on demand.
If you’re after a specific size that isn’t listed, just let us know. We’re happy to accommodate — just keep in mind that larger builds may require a bit more experience.
Want a stunning, ready‑to‑display piece delivered straight to your door with minimal assembly required?
If you’d prefer to let us handle all the building and finishing work for your centrepiece, this is the option for you. Choose from our ever‑growing catalogue of creatures* and let us know the size and style of display you’re aiming for.
This option takes a little longer — but the results are worth it. Joe will keep you updated throughout the entire creative process to ensure the final piece matches your vision perfectly.

Are you affiliated with a school, museum, or library? Looking for a show‑stopping piece to inspire students or visitors? We can help — and because it supports education and public engagement, special rates are available.
Choose from our library of bespoke content, or let us create something truly unique. We can LIDAR‑scan fossil assets and reproduce them with exacting accuracy, or digitally repair and complete them for use in comparison exhibits. The possibilities are wide open — all you need to do is ask.
