Our aim is to reproduce the wonderful creatures of the past in such a way that any collector or institution would be happy to display one of our pieces.

At EXEtinct we specialise in the unique. Each of our pieces are hand-finished, and we prioritise sustainable or reclaimed materials in our builds. We do not shy away from custom commission requests. Additionally, we do not want to discourage individuals or institutions with limited funds - we want everyone to enjoy what we have to offer and we’re serious about that.

Into building models?

Any fellow artists want to paint and create their own scene? Any parents want to create memories? We hear you.

All of our models are available in a “raw kit” form, and we try to provide options for model sizes. This serves as an economical option, however be aware, small parts, sticky glue and runny paints may be in your future! That said, with all of our kits, sheets explaining assembly, tips and tricks as well as suggested materials are included - and they include ways to contact us - so we are very beginner friendly.

Please be aware that we normally produce our kits on-demand.

If you want a specific size that isn’t listed, that is no problem, just let us know. Please keep in mind though, larger sizes may require more expertise during the build process.

Professional Build Up

Want a gorgeous, finished piece delivered to your door with minimal assembly?

For those who want to let us have all the fun of building a centrepiece for your collection- this is your option.

You can choose from an ever expanding list of creatures we have on file* and give us a heading on what size and type of display you would like.

This option will take a little longer - but it’s worth it! Joe will also be sending updates through every step of the creative process to make sure what you get is what you want.

The Educator’s Special

Are you affiliated with a learning institution, a museum or perhaps a library? Would you like a wow-factor piece for students or visitors? We can offer this - and because it is for a good cause, special rates apply.

We can offer from our library of bespoke content, or we have the capacity to LIDAR scan assets (fossils) and either reproduce them exactly, or digitally repair/complete them for potential comparison exhibits - the sky is the limit! But first you just need to ask….

Event Appearance
