• How fast do you normally reply to questions?

  Honestly, pretty fast - normally within the day, but then - that also depends on what you are asking and when you are asking it. Requesting the cost of a bespoke commission at 2 am UK time likely will not get a response back in ten minutes. But you will get a response back acknowledging your question if not answering within the day.

• How often do you plan on coming out with new releases?

  Well, that depends on you kind consumer. More sales = more releases. Additionally, if enough people request a species by contacting us we will probably move it up the proverbial list.

• Do you have a portfolio of work that can be viewed?

  Yes we do - check out our Instagram for all the great images and behind-the-scenes stuff. You can quickly navigate there from the icon on our webpage banner (don’t worry, you don’t need an account). If you do have an account this is where we do the plug to please like and subscribe!

• I see images of models on your site that are not for sale - how do I get one of those?

  Our site’s standard offering is of models we alone have the rights to produce. However, if you would like to order something bespoke, we do have a wider portfolio we can offer and discuss if you contact us. If you would like to have a browse among our partnered artists’ pages, these can be found via the hyperlinks in the ‘about us’ section of the site.

• The thing I want isn’t in stock - what do I do?

  Quality takes time, and what we like to do is make smaller batches to most efficiently use time and resource. Join our mailing list, follow us on Instagram, or contact us if you want to get a better idea of where we are at and what we are focusing on.

  Please also be aware some of our products will be available only at the conventions and events we attend. In these cases, we will announce them, and will limit purchases to limit “scalping”.

• How does your commission schedule work?

  We open the slots for five bespoke commissions at any one time. It allows us to focus on quality, and communications to those buyers. If a commission finishes, the slot will open the following month regardless if it is finished on the first or last day of a month.

• Do you take time off?

  Yes we do. But we are also great at communicating, and managing expectations. Contact us if you need something out the door or want to understand how long a project would take.

• So what is the LIDAR scanning bit I saw?

  LIDAR scanning works a lot like echolocation, and we have the tools (not a common mobile phone by the way) to digitally map any 3D object. We can convert this mapping into files which can be edited, 3D printed etc. So if an asset or fossil is too fragile, this is a nifty service we can offer. Additionally, we can speak about digital repair or recreation - a scenario where a partial, less charismatic fossil can be comparted to a complete one is the kind of value add we are speaking of here.
